Janaïna Milheiro is an internationally acclaimed designer and artisan whose vanguard Parisian studio embraces the vast creative possibilities of working with feathers. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Janaïna grew up in France where she trained at both ENSCI – Les Ateliers and ESAA Duperré. During her studies, feathers quickly became her signature material.

Her unique approach to textile, sculpture and product design comes from ongoing work combining technical research, graphic design and inspired collaboration with her team and clients. Janaïna’s work has been commissioned by brands including Hermes, Mary Katrantzou, Guerlain and Dyptique. Her pieces have been incorporated into elite runway shows, five star hotels, luxury boutiques, and exceptional private residences.

Bec Brittain is a critically acclaimed New York City based lighting designer. Her collection was launched from a Brooklyn studio in 2011 with the iconic SHY light. She has since moved her team to Long Island City, where she designs and engineers all of her product.

Bec’s work demonstrates a decidedly conceptual approach to design. The expression of her ideas results in dynamic pieces, singular in their aesthetic, and at home in unique, inspiring projects.

All her designs are made in New York, employing a variety of techniques and a network of local fabricators and artisans. Every piece is assembled by hand in the studio under Bec’s supervision. Her work can be found in luxury retail applications, exquisite private residences and beyond.

The name of LALIQUE is synonymous with French luxury. From a factory in Alsace, Lalique craftsmen, who often come from a multi-generational tradition of glassmaking, create the word’s finest crystal via refined artisanal skills and utmost precision. Founded by René Lalique in the aughts of the twentieth century, Lalique created the panels for the Orient Express train, the lighting for the SS Normandie cruise liner and the historic windows for the Coty building in New York City.

Lalique earned his title, Sculpteur de Lumiere, from the richly sculptural craftsmanship and dramatic contrasts between clear and frosted finishes that have become iconic to the brand. His innovative spirit remains today, prompting partnerships with leading  contemporaries like Zaha Hadid, Damien Hirst, Anish Kapoor, Pierre-Yves Rochon, Parmigiani-Fleurier, Caran d’Ache, The Macallan, James Suckling and others.

Clate Grunden is a premier, classically trained ceramicist. Based in Los Angeles, Clate launched his collection in 2000 with structured forms inspired by mid-century ceramics and light fixtures. His later work has taken on a more modern, brutalist feel, which also speaks to the influence of organic forms and materials in the Southern California landscape.

In addition to his standard collection, Clate has executed bespoke work for some of the world’s finest residences and yachts. His collaborative spirit has led to the development of work for hospitality application in suites at the Four Seasons Bora Bora, and beyond.

Jallu Ébénistes are creators of collectible design, made in France. Les Jallu are devoted to creating museum quality furniture conjured from extraordinary materials including straw marquetry, gypse (selenite), parchment, mica, pyrite, and shagreen, as well as precious wood veneers and fine metalwork. Rooted in history and designed with an eye toward innovation, their collections are produced with unparalleled savoir-faire under Aesthetic Director Sandra Scolnik-Jallu and Master Ébéniste Yann Jallu.

Sandra Scolnik-Jallu draws inspiration from her career as a respected studio artist in New York, bringing a collaborative spirit and creative grit to the atelier. Her paintings are in the Whitney Museum of American Art, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and private collections.

Yann Jallu is a member of the Compagnons du Devoir. A master ébéniste whose technical skill is admired worldwide, Yann is committed to acting as a steward of the French decorative arts tradition.  He dedicates himself not only to the production of exceptional work, but also to ‘Patrimonie,’ ensuring the inheritance of skills unique to French ébénisterie.

Les Jallu collaborate with designers across the globe on bespoke commissions for private residences and superyachts. Their work can also be found in elite luxury retail applications for Houses such as Cartier, Dior and Chaumet.
